Aspect is extending its core offerings to provide global parity for international teams:
- New Regions: The Cloud Workforce Experience and Developer Portal are expanding into the UK, Canada, and Europe. (The UK launch is scheduled for December 2025, with Canada and other European countries following in early 2026).
- Regional Support: The expansion ensures consistent, modern workforce management capabilities and supports international standards for data privacy and regional formatting.
