This new role is designed to grow CNS’s partnerships with employers, health plans, and benefits advisors. Jay brings nearly a decade of experience in health technology, employer health benefits, biotechnology, and life sciences. Jay most recently was at Amazon (One Medical), One Medical, & BioXcel/Inveni AI in senior roles for enterprise partnerships & benefits strategy.

Expanding Employer Partnerships in Neurorehabilitation
CNS’s initiative takes the direct-to-employer approach, supporting in-person day treatments, telerehabilitation, and intensive inpatient rehab programs for neuro-injuries. The program relies on clinical data and outcome reporting. It was founded in 1980 by Dr. Mark Ashley. It has eight locations across California and Texas. CNS has achieved the status of a Neuro Center of Excellence, offering residential, outpatient. Day treatment programs for brain injury recovery.
