Allegiant Chooses Navan for Employee Travel Platform

Allegiant Selects Navan as Employee Travel Platform

Travel Management Platform Navan has been selected by Allegiant to manage employee business travel operations. This decision is expected to bring more efficiency to their travel operations.

The AI-driven travel management platform will help in managing the travel of Allegiant employees. It will be used for training assignments, temporary transfers, and operational travel. In addition, this platform will be used only for internal travel and not for customers.

“When evaluating solutions for our employee business travel needs, we were looking for a platform that could support the complexity and pace of an airline operation, while also improving the user experience for our team members,” said Travis Schwieder, Vice President of the Operations Control Center at Allegiant. “Navan provides a more efficient and intuitive way for employees to manage company travel, particularly for operational assignments and training-related travel.”

Enhancing Employee Travel Efficiency and Experience

As Allegiant grows into various different markets, it has become quite challenging to manage employee travel. The company needs to reduce manual work and coordination. Through the use of the platform, Allegiant is looking forward to improving the experience of its employees when traveling. Additionally, the Travel Management Platform will be able to provide access to all flights and hotels from one single platform. Moreover, it will allow expense management in one place.

“Airlines manage highly dynamic employee travel needs behind the scenes every day,” said Michael Sindicich, President of Navan. “We’re proud to support Allegiant with technology that helps simplify internal travel operations and improve the experience for employees traveling on behalf of the company.”
