Malone will carry on with leading people strategy, talent management, and HR systems. Furthermore, she will assist in growth activities both domestically and globally. The organization wants to enhance its HR leadership due to its fast-growing status.

Since joining in 2019, Malone has been a key contributor in growing the business. The number of people working for the company has increased from 300 to almost 2,000. Furthermore, she streamlined hiring processes and onboarding procedures and ensured that everything is compliant. She also enhanced employee development programs and HR infrastructure.
