Donato has extensive international leadership experience. His expertise spans industrial technology and energy solutions. He previously served as CEO of Bosch Power Tools. He has also held leadership roles at Bosch Rexroth, Rockwell Automation, and ABB.

During his tenure, Heim played a critical role in expanding Carrier’s European operations. It was he who spearheaded the consolidation of Viessmann Climate Solutions and Carrier. Also, he ensured that the residential and commercial HVAC lines were consolidated within Europe.
