Moreover, he was the Chief Scientific Officer at resTORbio, which was the predecessor firm to Adicet Bio. Additionally, he was an independent board member of Blade Therapeutics.
In the early stages of his career, he had more than a decade of experience with Novartis. At Novartis, he headed the New Indications Discovery Unit from within the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. His role entailed the identification and validation of new targets for drug development. Prior to entering the biotech industry, he had been a physician-scientist with the Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School.
