The takeover comprises OS-HRS Malaysia, OS-HRS Japan, and OS-HRS India. AscentHR has purchased all the equity from BREXA Inc. based out of Tokyo. But no information on the finances has been shared. This is a very positive step for the growth of payroll services by AscentHR APAC. Compliance skills and operations will be strengthened in major markets including India, Japan, China, Malaysia, Korea, and Singapore.

Furthermore, the combined organisation will support multinational enterprises more effectively. It will provide an integrated payroll service with sound local expertise. Moreover, the clients will enjoy efficient workforce management as well.
