Ryan Names Terry Gaylord as Chief People Officer

Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, announced the appointment of Terry Gaylord as Chief People Officer. This position will be concentrated on the development of the strategy. execution of the operations in terms of Ryan’s global People Group. It will also help the company develop its approach to team member experience improvement.

Gaylord is named Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer alongside Ryan. Gaylord’s responsibilities will involve the execution of talent strategy and organizational transformation and development of the company culture. He will also support workforce programs within the firm.

In addition, he is also experienced in human capital technology and innovation.
