Graybar has appointed Michelle Reckelhoff as Vice President of Human Resources to strengthen its workforce strategy and HR operations. The company announced that Reckelhoff will lead key HR initiatives across the organization.

Michelle Reckelhoff has over twenty years of Human Resources experience in Graybar. Prior to joining Graybar, she worked for over twenty years at Caleres. Her most recent position was that of Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships. Over the course of her career, Reckelhoff has emphasized the improvement of workplaces and organization development. Additionally, Reckelhoff was awarded HR Award by St. Louis Business Journal in 2022.

She is a graduate of organizational studies with a bachelor’s degree from Fontbonne University. In addition, she is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
