EarnIn is expanding financial wellness access through a new partnership with Workday. The collaboration brings enhanced direct deposit capabilities to millions of U.S. workers.

EarnIn, which is one of the pioneers of earnings management services, stated that it was partnering with Workday. Which is an enterprise AI solution provider for HR, finance, and IT departments. The collaboration enables EarnIn to integrate with the company’s EDDS program.

Using this integration, employees from the enterprise platform will be able to use the financial management services offered by EarnIn.The enterprise AI platform serves over 11,500 clients all over the world. This number includes more than 65% of Fortune 500 companies. The API integration helps to make the process of enrolment easier. There is no need for manual input of routing and account information anymore.

Workday Integration Improves Access to Employee Financial Tools

Furthermore, an efficient workflow also makes the data more accurate and helps achieve financial equity. Employees can use EarnIn services after choosing EarnIn from Workday’s EDDS experience. Such services comprise Live Pay, Early Pay, Balance Shield, and Credit Monitoring. Hence, employees become more empowered in managing their finances.
