Bloch will be responsible for driving DDN’s global human resources strategy in multiple facets. These are talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement. In addition to this, she will be handling workplace experience and organizational effectiveness as well. She will be reporting to Guido Torrini, who is the CFO and COO of DDN. Furthermore, she will be working in collaboration with the executive leadership team.
