Conduent

Conduent has secured Leader status in NelsonHall’s 2026 HR Transformation Services assessment. The company earned recognition in the Experience & Engagement market segment.

It is the tenth consecutive time that Conduent has been awarded Leader status in the evaluation. Conduent delivers technology-enabled business services across the globe. NelsonHall noted Conduent’s key strength lies in combining HR operations expertise with artificial intelligence innovations.

Conduent, on the other hand, uses artificial intelligence (AI), automation, workflow orchestration, & knowledge management throughout the entire lifecycle of an employee. This allows for the provision of a more integrated and customized experience in HR. In the case of the assessment, the evaluation noted Conduent’s early adoption of Conni, a GenAI virtual assistant. Conduent also leverages Life@Work® Connect, which is an employee services engagement platform.

“Conduent’s position as a 2026 NEAT Leader in the Experience & Engagement Focus market segment reflects its deep HR operations expertise, ability to support very large and complex clients, flexible lift-and-shift delivery, and an employee-centric CX model,” said Elizabeth Rennie, Research Director, HR & Talent, NelsonHall. “All of this is underpinned by Conduent’s early GenAI innovation through Conni and strong capabilities across CRM, RPA, AI and workflow orchestration.”

Conni Strengthens Employee Support and Engagement

In addition, Conduent keeps on investing in benefits experience, global payroll data management and learning solutions. The ServiceNow capability that the firm offers can also be used to work with the key HCM platforms. Some of these HCM platforms include Oracle Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday.

Connie has shown her value through the 2026 benefits open enrollment process too. She has been able to resolve 86% of the employee inquiries without any help from agents. Additionally, the requests for live chat have dropped by 21%, while handle time has decreased by 24%. Moreover, an enterprise saw consistent Life@Work Connect usage, with employees sending more than 550 Conni messages each day.

“With more than 35 years of expertise in HR operations, we understand that employees want HR experiences that are simple, intuitive and responsive,” said Kimberly Marshall, Chief Commercial Officer, Conduent. “Our recognition from NelsonHall for the 10th consecutive time reflects our ability to combine that deep domain expertise with AI-powered innovation to simplify complex HR processes and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients and their employees.”

The platform was also able to capture an extra 4,500 daily logins by employees. Employees kept using the platform even during the weekend. Conduent has been working on further development of Conni as an AI navigator for employee experiences. The company is also planning on having proactive alerts, intelligent document processing, and virtual voice abilities.
