In an expansion of partnership with Microsoft, the international firm of Darwinbox, which is known for offering HR, payroll, and talent management solutions, has announced the expansion of partnership with Microsoft. This follows the recent worldwide launch of its innovative product known as Darwinbox CortexTM.
With the expansion of partnership, Darwinbox is one of the first enterprise software companies to deploy Microsoft Frontier Tuning. This innovative technology facilitates the personalization of employee interactions in enterprise settings, where systems also become smarter through learning from interactions.
The Darwinbox will incorporate such intelligence straight into its operations. These capabilities will be access by employees and teams using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Teams. It further builds a relationship between HR technology and IT infrastructure within an organization.
Darwinbox Advances AI-Driven Workforce Intelligence
In today’s scenario collaboration between HR and IT is becoming essential for formulating workforce strategy which should also take into account the changes in expectations of employees along with the ever-changing business environment.
Thus Darwinbox and Microsoft strive to provide their joint customers the value that they can get out of their investments in technology. In this regard, the two firms offer an integrated solution, which includes the HCM offering of Darwinbox with enterprise solutions of Microsoft.
“HCM has spent four decades waiting to be asked. Cortex is built on the opposite premise it is ready before you ask,” said Chaitanya Peddi, Co-founder, Darwinbox. “Microsoft Frontier Tuning extends that learning into the flow of work itself. Enterprises have spent decades buying software that depreciates from the day it goes live. Together with Microsoft, we are delivering the alternative: an HCM that appreciates with use.”
Meanwhile Microsoft highlighted the broader potential of adaptive AI within human capital management.
“By applying Microsoft Frontier Tuning to human capital management, Darwinbox is demonstrating how AI can become more relevant, adaptive and valuable over time, helping customers reimagine employee experiences and drive meaningful business outcomes,” said Puneet Chandok, President, Microsoft India & South Asia.
The increased cooperation puts Darwinbox in a strong position to develop its AI-native HCM technology. In addition, this cooperation integrates workforce intelligence into Microsoft’s entire productivity suite
