Leading applied AI firm Phenom will bring its AI agents to major events of the Human Resources Industry this fall season. The goal of the company is to show how the technologies of AI agents can change the recruitment process, development, and retaining of employees. The company will make these skills available to the Human Resources IT and Executive management teams. According to Gartner’s reports, there are only around 130 vendors out of thousands that actually have agentic AI. Gartner calls all other solutions “Agent Washing”. By this definition, it means assistants, automations, and chatbots presented as AI agents. Thus, Phenom wants to ensure that business owners will get to know the technology before investing in it.
Hands-On AI and Automation Experiences
Visitors can evaluate AI agents through actual recruiting, development, and retention scenarios. They may even present their business problems to the Phenom experts. These experts can relate the problems to relevant industries, departments, job roles, geographies and processes. This is how organizations learn in which areas agents can operate. They learn in which areas human discretion is required. Moreover, visitors can visit the AI & Automation Lab at Phenom. This lab provides more than 75 use cases across industries and talent life cycle stages.
Moreover, organizations may ask for an on-site AI Bootcamp. At such bootcamps, Phenom will showcase AI through their data and processes.
“Anyone can put an ‘AI agent’ on a slide. This fall, we’re putting them in attendees’ hands instead, live across the industry’s biggest HR events,” said Kumar Ananthanarayana, VP & GM, Product Management at Phenom. “Everyone will be able to see exactly what AI, agents and automation can do for their own job, industry and workflows.”
