Phenom has released the program for Phenom AI Day 2026, an annual event dedicated to applying AI in HR.
Contextual intelligence, agentic orchestration, and AI governance are among the topics covered by the program. It will also include information on how HR teams in enterprises can deploy AI beyond its pilot phase. Phenom sets the program on concrete AI engineering rather than abstract principles.
