The combination strengthens Armanino’s ability to support workforce and enterprise needs. It covers HCM strategy, UKG implementation, managed payroll, ERP, CRM, and CFO advisory services. Sability brings more than 30 years of HCM and WFM consulting experience. The firm serves more than 3,500 organizations across several major industries.
Its client base includes healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and professional services. Additionally, Sability has more than 100 consultants and managed services specialists.
Rob Leonard, James Shryock, and Kathy Kruse lead Sability’s operations. All three executives will become partners at Armanino. They will also remain primary contacts for their existing clients.
