Magnit Global™ Recognized as a Leader in Everest Group’s 2026 CWM/MSP PEAK Matrix® Assessment

Magnit Global

Magnit Global, the world’s largest contingent workforce management provider, earned Leader status in Everest Group’s 2026 PEAK Matrix® Assessment. Everest Group recognized Magnit Global for its strengths in contingent workforce management. And managed service provider solutions.Everest Group evaluated Magnit Global alongside 40 other CWM/MSP vendors.

The PEAK Matrix® assessment by Everest Group assesses service providers against seven parameters in each market. These include Market Adoption, Portfolio Mix, Value Creation, Vision & Strategy, Service Offering, Innovation & Investment, and Delivery Footprint.

“Magnit Global’s vendor-neutral MSP model, proprietary VMS technology, and capabilities across multiple external workforce categories underpin its CWM offering, complemented by its focus on simplifying the user experience through Channel of Choice,” said Krishna Charan, Vice President at Everest Group. “Its investments in Maggi AI and AI-enabled workflows, sourcing and engagement decision support through SourceMatch, and enhanced workforce, supplier, and market intelligence have contributed to its positioning as a Leader on Everest Group’s CWM/MSP PEAK Matrix® 2026.”

Integrated Services and AI Innovation Strengthen Magnit’s Position

Magnit Global earned the Leader designation by providing end-to-end contingent workforce management through a vendor-agnostic solution. Its capabilities include contingent labor, services procurement and SOW management, and IC management. Direct sourcing, payroll and EOR services, workforce analytics, and advisory services are among the other features of the company. The evaluation identified several strengths that helped Magnit Global earn its Leader designation.

Gen-AI innovation by Magnit: The Magnit’s companion to Gen-AI is Maggi which enables knowledge, candidate, workflow, and planning agents in Magnit’s Workforce Management platform.

Magnit Pulse: Magnit Pulse helps to integrate contingent workforce processes into Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools like requisition creation, approval, onboarding, time and expense management.

SOW Procurement: SOW lifecycle management is enabled using the Magnit’s proprietary VMS module. I see this covers AI‑enabled creation of SOW, creation of documents, assessment and selection of suppliers redlining with AI help and managing performance.

Data and analytics: In my view Magnit puts a lot of focus, on workforce intelligence and analytics so that reports can be tailored and compliance can be checked. Additionally, their Pay Intelligence service facilitates pay and bill rate benchmarking and labor market insights.

Magnit Global has earned Leader recognition in PEAK Matrix® assessments for its CWM/MSP services for six consecutive years.
