The alliance has extended its collaboration to include business development, service delivery, and innovation. This alliance was announced at Dayforce Discover, the firm’s customer event where Dayforce launched the Agentic HCM Platform that combines native AI in a connected technology ecosystem. Thus, businesses can get answers, perform tasks, and act with greater efficiency.
HR and payroll executives face challenges with increased regulations, a changing workforce, and advancements in artificial intelligence. In addition, there is a requirement for accuracy, control, and auditable processes in payroll.
