Alorica Secures Great Place to Work® Recognition in 11 Countries, Including Canada for the First Time

Alorica

Alorica has expanded its Great Place to Work Certification across 11 countries, marking its first recognition in Canada. The achievement highlights the company’s employee-focused culture and continued global expansion.

Alorica, a global customer experience solutions provider, now holds certification across the Americas and Asia. Its certified operations represent approximately 75,000 employees worldwide. The recognition covers Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, and the Philippines.

The certification reflects direct feedback from approximately 14,000 employees. Participants evaluated workplace trust, leadership, respect, fairness, pride, and team relationships.

In Canada, 82% of employees identified Alorica as a great workplace. This compares with 60% at a typical Canadian company. Across certified countries, approximately 83% of employees gave the same response. Jamaica and Colombia recorded the highest scores, reaching 90%.

Additionally, 90% of employees described Alorica as fair and equitable. Another 86% rated management communication positively. Meanwhile, 80% expressed pride in working for the company.

Alorica Mexico also earned recognition among the Best Places to Work™ for Women. This marks its second consecutive year receiving the distinction. Furthermore, Alorica Paraguay received the Great Place to Work® Best Workplace™ for Young Talent 2026 recognition.

Global Expansion and Employee Development

This recognition is in response to substantial growth in terms of manpower within the company’s operations. In just two quarters, there has been an increase of more than 5,500 members of manpower in the Americas division of Alorica alone. This constitutes more than a 20% increase.

At the same time, Alorica is continually growing in terms of its international business. The firm has set up a new facility in Cagayan, Philippines. The firm has further expanded in India through a new Sattva Global City location and an additional floor in Bhartiya City.

Jose Ramirez, President of the Americas at Alorica, highlighted the importance of employee feedback.

“Earning Great Place to Work certification is meaningful, but to achieve it for several consecutive years in many of the countries we operate in, that’s how you know you’re truly making progress,” said Jose Ramirez, President of the Americas. “Recertification requires us to keep listening, improving, and raising the bar in employee experience every year. Our employees’ expectations continue to evolve, and that’s exactly how it should be. These recognitions reflect the feedback, trust, and partnership of our teams around the world, and we’re especially proud to welcome Canada to the group for the first time.”

He stressed the importance of continuous improvement and listening to employees. He also noted the certification of Canada for the first time and also the role played by international teams.

Career Development & Employee Wellness continue to be important areas at Alorica. During this year, 3,300 employees received promotions. More than 360,000 training courses have been completed by employees at Alorica University.

Apart from their efforts within the workplace, Making Lives Better with Alorica (MLBA) is a non-profit initiative by Alorica that assists workers and communities. The organization has raised in excess of $10 million and awarded 15,000 people. Furthermore, Alorica has an eNPS rating of 75, a score for the entire global employee base of Alorica. This score exceeds the benchmark score of 50 points set by world-class organizations.
