Metaview Expands Workday Integration to Deliver Agentic Recruiting to Fortune 500 Companies

Workday Integration

Metaview has added Workday integration and has made available the Agentic Recruiting capability to the Fortune 500 organizations. This integration involves the use of AI agents with Workday Recruiting, which helps organizations hire employees efficiently without compromising security. The agentic recruiting solution from Metaview is used by over 7,000 organizations around the world. On the other hand, the number of customers for Workday is over 11,500 organizations worldwide with over 65% of Fortune 500 organizations among them.

Bringing Agentic Recruiting Into Enterprise Workflows

To start, Metaview’s Application Review Agent reviews the application and syncs the advance and decline of the application with Workday. The platform creates recruitment interview notes and completes Workday scorecards based on the existing templates. Notes, recordings, and transcriptions can be accessed by the interviewers via the browser extension of Metaview. This way, all recruitment activities can be managed without ever leaving Workday. Approvals, candidate disposition, and audit trail will be preserve.

Enterprise AI With Human Oversight

Security and governance continue to be important as organizations adopt more AI. Metaview helps companies create guardrails for agents by leveraging company knowledge, policies, and rules. The tool also offers human oversight capabilities, compliance alerts, auditing capabilities, and candidate data privacy. Its security capabilities include SOC 2 Type II compliance, Single Sign-On (SSO), and privacy controls.

“As Metaview increasingly serves enterprise and Fortune 500 companies, we’re focused on making AI agents work within the systems and security requirements these organizations already trust,” said Siadhal Magos, co-founder and CEO of Metaview. “With Workday serving more than 65% of the Fortune 500, this integration is an important step in bringing agentic recruiting to the world’s largest organizations. We’re combining powerful AI orchestration with human oversight, so teams can automate more of the recruiting admin without compromising control.”

Supporting Enterprise Recruiting Teams

Agentic Recruiting can help large organizations minimize the administrative task involved in the recruiting process. Mimecast, which uses both Metaview and Workday recruiting products, is looking for more AI capabilities in its current recruiting environment.

“We’ve been absolutely blown away by the implementation and integration of Metaview with our ATS Workday. The capabilities have far exceeded what we expected,” said Dave Buford, Director of Talent Acquisition at Mimecast. “We originally came to Metaview for its AI Notetaker, but its sourcing and application review agents are already making a significant impact on our team.”

Metaview partnered with Kognitiv, a global Workday Services Partner, to develop the integration. Kognitiv uses both platforms to support hiring across more than 10 countries.

“Organizations want recruiting technology that works with the processes they have already built, not around them,” said Kriss Bernhard, Vice President, People and Operations at Kognitiv. “By connecting Metaview’s recruiting capabilities with Workday, our customers can reduce manual handoffs, maintain consistent candidate data and create a seamless experience for both recruiting teams and potential hires.”

In summary, Agentic Recruiting incorporates AI-based automation to a greater extent into the recruitment process within organizations. The incorporation enables teams to eliminate manual work while retaining human discretion and the existing processes.
