Kelly® Adds AI-Powered Workforce Intelligence Capabilities to Sevayo®

Sevayo

AI capabilities have been added to the Sevayo® solution by Kelly®, providing intelligent automation for HR processes. The added capabilities will help organizations make smarter hiring decisions. The added capabilities include a generative AI assistant, voice-enabled requisition intake, and live market data.

AI Features Enable Smarter Hiring Decisions

According to Alan Stukalsky, the chief product and technology officer at Kelly, the process of requisition decision-making is crucial.

“Workforce outcomes are largely determined at the requisition, when a hiring manager decides what to buy, from whom, and at what rate,” said Alan Stukalsky, chief product and technology officer at Kelly. “Sevayo’s AI-powered capabilities give hiring managers the guidance, data, and support they need in that moment, so the right decision is also the easiest one.”

Sevayo links internal processes of organizations with external talent sources through a single platform. External talent sources include temporary staffing, procurement of services, freelance talent, and direct sourcing. Moreover, the platform also incorporates data from vendor management systems (VMS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and human resource information systems (HRIS).

Some of the recent updates that have been added include:

Generative AI Assistant: The manager can pose natural language queries for requisition and workforce guidance.

Voice-enabled Intake: The manager can create requisitions using voice. This helps make the intake process easier.

Live Market Data: Benchmarks and rate data give market context during hiring.

Unified Workforce Intelligence and Automation

Sevayo ensures talent requests are channeled correctly with the right governance and compliance controls in place. Its unified data environment brings together data across talent types, systems, sources, and spend categories. Employers have a better picture of workforce activities and costs.

The platform also provides workforce planning tools and AI-powered insights and decision-making. Scenario modelling and talent market forecasts can help organizations anticipate staffing needs. They also assist in comparing options for cost, compliance, and speed. Real-time labor market intelligence powers pay-rate decisions and skills-gap planning. It helps the organization to understand the position in the competitive market.

Sevayo combines data from Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). This combination offers insights across both contingent and full-time hiring. Business-ready dashboards also give you visibility into supplier activity and workforce spending. Kelly introduced these enhancements after combining Helix, Helix UX, and Sevayo Insights under the Sevayo® name. The unified platform will support future agentic automation across Kelly programs. Stukalsky said clients increasingly seek workforce solutions covering their entire talent needs.

“Clients are asking for unified, strategic solutions that cut across their entire workforce,” Stukalsky said. “Sevayo is the foundation of our workforce programs, so intelligence is built into everything we deliver, not bolted on afterward.”
