Alight Appoints Bruce E. Wolfe as Senior VP, Wealth Solution Leader

Alight

Alight named Bruce E. Wolfe as Senior Vice President today. The company appointed him as Wealth Solution Leader starting September 14, 2026. Furthermore, he joins executive leadership to direct corporate wealth strategy across global markets.

He completed a specialized solution team assembled earlier this year. Specifically, Alight previously appointed Karen Frost for health and Kevin Curry for leaves. Together, these executives shape unified product strategy and go-to-market execution. Modern employers demand integrated approaches to manage complex employee benefit programs.

Wolfe brings over 25 years of financial industry experience to his new role. Previously, he served in executive leadership at Insight Investment, a BNY affiliate. There, he developed and launched a major U.S. retail retirement income platform. Additionally, he worked as Managing Director at BlackRock, leading operations for defined contribution business units.

Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at Allianz Global Investors. Throughout his career, he pioneered several important retirement industry innovations. For example, he co-founded the industry’s first global Behavioral Finance Center. Now, Alight leverages his deep asset management expertise to expand client solutions.

Enhancing Integrated Platform Capabilities and Accelerating Market Growth

The appointment to the corporate board reinforces our commitment to independent record-keeping and unbiased advice. Alight combines scale, proprietary data, and cloud technology into one system. That’s why employers are delivering personalized benefits experiences that help improve long-term financial wellness.

The company also continues to pour money into artificial intelligence and data-driven insights. These innovations enable seamless decision-making throughout the entire employee lifecycle. And Alight’s strong foundation ultimately expands to drive better outcomes for workers and employers alike.

“Bruce is a respected leader in the retirement and asset management industry, and his appointment completes a leadership team built to deliver a more connected and engaging benefits experience,” said Rohit Verma, CEO, Alight. “Alight is the only provider with truly integrated benefits across health, wealth and leaves, uniquely positioning us to simplify complexity for employers and their people. This appointment also reflects our commitment to growing our wealth business, and Bruce’s experience paired with our position as an independent record keeper strengthens our ability to deliver unbiased advice that helps people build more secure financial futures.”

“Alight has a unique opportunity to redefine how employers empower their people to build greater financial security and confidence by bringing retirement, workplace wealth and financial wellbeing together through a single, connected, AI-supported experience,” said Bruce. “I’m excited to expand Alight’s strong foundation combining its scale, data and technology with new solutions and partnerships that deliver a more personalized experience that drives better outcomes for employees and greater value for employers.”
