Albertsons Names Allison Pinkham EVP and Chief HR Officer

Albertsons Companies has announced the appointment of Allison Pinkham as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will be responsible for the workforce strategy, talent management, and employee engagement at the company. As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Pinkham will be responsible for managing the hiring and diversity. Inclusion activities, as well as employee development activities, are available at the company. Pinkham brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership at large corporations to Albertsons Companies.

Pinkham was previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at a Fortune 500 company. Where she managed talent acquisition, organizational development, and human resources transformation.
