I am confident that under Wendy’s leadership, we will continue to strengthen our culture, unlock the full potential of our team members, and elevate the industry leading guest experience that differentiates Asbury.”

Meanwhile, Reynolds-Dobbs emphasized the importance of employees in advancing the company’s customer-focused strategy.

“At Asbury, our team members are central to our commitment to be the most guest-centric automotive retailer,” said Dr. Reynolds-Dobbs. “I am honored to lead our human resources function and to continue investing in the culture and talent development that make our North Star possible every day.”

The new appointment comes after the intended leadership transition of Jed Milstein. He was with the company for ten years. Milstein’s most recent position at the company was that of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

He will continue his support of Asbury for the duration of this period of transition. In line with the plan, Milstein is expected to offer his services as a consultant until 2026. The purpose of the process of transition is to guarantee a smooth transition in the leadership. Consequently, Asbury continues strengthening its Chief Human Resources Officer function and people-focused strategy.
