Aspect has launched Aspect Intelligence, a new offering that aims to transform workforce management. Aspect Intelligence integrates predictive and policy-driven automation into planning processes. Late logins or breaks not taken initiate policy-compliant changes automatically. Moreover, this minimizes administrative burden and ensures schedules remain up-to-date. Finally, future updates will bring intraday automation and AI-powered coaching schedule creation. These updates seek to enhance service levels and minimize downtime. To celebrate the launch, Aspect has also launched platform enhancements, such as enhanced navigation and expanded APIs. The solution is now available on Aspect Cloud Workforce in the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Canada.
