Beisen has unveiled over 15 AI HR Experts on the Mavens platform, thus furthering monetization through AI. The unveiling took place during Beisen’s 4th User Heroes Conference in Beijing on August 28. Over 3,000 HR professionals took part in the conference. Executives from corporations, industry experts, business practitioners, and members of the media were also present at the conference. The main theme of the conference was practical usage of AI in HR operations. Attendees discussed the ways in which digital HR twins can help organizations.
AI Creates a Human-Digital HR Workforce
Beisen predicts that future HR organizations will be a blend of human HR professionals and digital ones. While human HR professionals will work on meeting business needs, standards, and decision-making, the role of digital HR professionals will involve task execution within different areas of HR management. Hence, there will be a need to create efficient training, deployment, and management processes for such digital HR professionals.
Mavens was launched by Beisen as an all-in-one AI HR Experts solution. It incorporates process-driven AI assistants for routine administrative tasks. Such tasks include onboarding, transferring, and offboarding employees. Moreover, the platform includes AI experts who take care of talent selection, development, and retention. Its AI Talent Officer is introduced for key talent management tasks. Such tasks include talent recommendation, appointment, and development. The AI Talent Officer uses HR data throughout the employee lifecycle to develop a multidimensional talent profile of each employee. Furthermore, Beisen introduced its AI Recruitment Expert Team. It consists of AI Sourcer, AI Recruiter, AI Candidate Assistant, AI Interviewer 3.0, and AI Interview Assistant.
These play roles in talent sourcing, candidate communication, and talent evaluation. This means that the main objective of Beisen in adopting AI technology is to transform the recruitment process entirely. More AI HR Experts than 1,500 enterprise clients have used the AI products of Beisen. The total booking value of AI products exceeded RMB 87 million in fiscal year 2026. The YoY growth in bookings of the AI products was ten times that of the previous fiscal year. Also, the bookings of AI products from Beisen remained strong in fiscal year 2027. According to an IDC report, Beisen was named the top AI agent provider in the China HCM market. Recently, Beisen partnered with WorkBuddy as an HR ecosystem.
Three Core Capabilities Support Beisen’s AI HR Platform
The three key components that Beisen Digital HR has are integrated HR SaaS software, People Science, and AI-native technologies. The integrated HR SaaS software includes modules of recruitment, assessment, Core HR, Leave and Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, Succession, and Learning.
These modules allow digital HR to access business situations, processes, and HR data. As a result, digital HR is able to comprehend people, positions, and the organization. People Science supplies professional knowledge related to talent management. Beisen has conducted research on talent competency, assessment, and development technologies for more than 20 years.
The Mavens AI HR Experts converts such knowledge into reusable and executable AI skills. Such an approach allows using established HR practices in various situations by the AI applications. SenGPT and SenClaw also provide additional AI-native technology. SenGPT contains HR business knowledge, entity relationships, and process rules. In turn, SenClaw manages task planning, agent orchestration, skill management, and integration with the outside world. These technologies enable digital HR to move from understanding the task to completing it.
