Click Bond Appoints Melody Lewis as VP of People and Culture

Click Bond has appointed Melody Lewis as their new Vice President of People & Culture. Lewis has been in workforce planning and organizational development for over 15 years.

The appointment of Lewis will add to Click Bond’s leadership at a time when Click Bond is growing. Click Bond is a family-owned and -operated aerospace and defense manufacturing company. Lewis has experience in culture, business process improvement, and employee onboarding. Lewis’s background will help Click Bond in its workforce and organizational development.

Melody Lewis Brings Extensive HR Leadership Experience

Before joining Click Bond, Lewis served as Chief People Officer at VSE. The electronic manufacturing services provider operates in San Jose, California, and Reno.

Lewis was part of VSE’s executive leadership team during her two-year term with the organization. Her efforts were geared towards aligning talent strategy, employee engagement, and culture with organizational goals.

Some of the major workforce-related initiatives that Lewis spearheaded during her tenure at VSE include human resources transformation initiatives, which helped drive revenue growth. She was behind the creation of a talent acquisition strategy that aided in increasing headcounts. Besides, she helped create an interdepartmental task force that increased employee satisfaction and retention. 

Before joining Click Bond, Lewis served in various leadership capacities at nZero, Clear Capital, TriNet, and Nevada State Bank. She has been involved in HR and organizational development. Lewis is from the Reno, Nevada region. She has master’s degrees in organizational leadership and business administration.

Additionally, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources management. Lewis’ academic qualifications complement her vast People Operations experience. The president of Click Bond, Brandon Perlich, welcomed Lewis to Click Bond’s leadership team.
