The ranking of Comparably is determined by more than 20 million ratings received in 70,000 businesses. Comparably is a platform that offers insight into workplaces from various industries and companies. The 2026 awards are based on the anonymous feedback of employees received from Comparably.com over the past 12 months.

These awards recognize the companies earning strong marks directly from their employees.”.

The Best Happiness winners among the largest firms included Calix. The others were RingCentral, Alkami Technology, Teleperformance, and Elsevier. Others in this category were NETSCOUT, Esri, Paycom, AEVEX Aerospace, and ADP. In the Best Work Life Balance category, Elsevier led. Teleperformance, RingCentral, Trimble, and Workday followed.
Others in the top ten were Newfold Digital, Calix, ADP, Tekwissen, and NETSCOUT.
In the Best Perks & Benefits category, Adobe topped the charts. The others who followed were Paycom, Teleperformance, Elsevier, and Calix. Others in this category included Waste Connections, Apple, DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock, Appian, and Northside Hospital.
