Darwinbox has hired Pannie Sia to grow its business in the enterprise sector in Southeast Asia in three key markets. Darwinbox has named Sia as its Regional Vice President. Sia will be responsible for the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. She will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for these markets.
This new hire comes at a time when Darwinbox is increasing its enterprise footprint in Southeast Asia. In order to facilitate this expansion, Darwinbox has recently rolled out Darwinbox Cortex. This product is the AI-native platform of Darwinbox, and it enables enterprises to recruit, retain, and empower their talent.
At the same time, Sia brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology. She has served at IBM, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow among others. Sia has been working with companies in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Her experience includes many developments in technology, business models, and workplace environments.
