Five9 Welcomes Niranjan Vijayaragavan as Chief Technology Officer, Rob Hornish as Chief Sales Officer, and Sven Linsmaier as Executive Vice President, Transformation and Strategy

Intelligent CX Platform provider Five9, Inc. recently updated its executive leadership team to accelerate enterprise growth. Most notably, the company officially appoints Chief Technology Officer Niranjan Vijayaragavan to lead its combined engineering and AI automation divisions. Alongside this role, the firm named Rob Hornish as Chief Sales Officer and Sven Linsmaier as Executive Vice President of Transformation and Strategy. All major appointments took effect on June 29, 2026.

These strategic corporate changes arrive as Five9 expands its core AI-driven CX strategy. Consequently, the tech firm aims to sharpen market execution. The new leadership structure provides the essential infrastructure to increase operational speed and strengthen partner alignment.

Vijayaragavan brings over twenty years of global platform-building experience to his new position. Previously, he worked as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Nintex. At Five9, he will manage engineering, product management, and architecture.

Meanwhile, Hornish offers more than thirty years of specialized go-to-market transformation experience. Most recently, he directed sales operations at Redaptive.
