The launch of the Solved Benefits Hub will provide the option of access to and management of benefits for employees in one platform called Solved People Cloud™. This new experience is set for November 2026. It enables employees to view, manage, and utilize their benefits all year round. Besides, it assists brokers who advise employers rather than replace them. Isolved, being a Workforce Capital Management (WCM) company, assists organizations to recruit, retain, and advance their employees. The company has future plans for Benefits Hub with personalized reminders to prompt employees to utilize benefits.
According to Isolved’s 2026 Voice of the Workforce Report, 78% of employees are satisfied with their benefits. However, it should be noted that satisfaction does not necessarily result in utilization. On the other hand, 53% of employers are looking to introduce additional benefits in 2026. However, as per The Hartford, 75% of employers believe that employees do not utilize available benefits well enough.
Access has been one of the biggest barriers. Many times, the benefits offered by employers may be available from various vendors, who have their own websites to access. Moreover, 64% of employers find it tough to manage various carriers. Small employers need the help of brokers; 58% use brokers during the open enrollment period.
Benefits Hub Addresses Employee and HR Challenges
Underutilization of benefits also places pressure on the HR department. According to the 2026 HR Leaders Report by Isolved, 51% of HR leaders cite benefits and health care costs as their top cost pressures. Furthermore, 47% of HR leaders take four or more hours each day answering repetitive employee questions.
“Benefits shouldn’t be something employees only think about once a year,” said Amy Mosher, Chief People Officer at isolved. “But to change that, they need simple ways to see the benefits they have and understand how those benefits support their health, finances and families year-round. When employees can find those answers on their own, they’re more likely to use their benefits and HR spends less time answering the same questions.”
These include Benefits Hub where there are five aspects brought together in one dashboard. Employees can enroll in the program and monitor the progress made through countdown timers and status indicators. They can also provide qualifying life event changes.
Moreover, there is information on current benefits and the information per paycheck. Year-to-date retirement contributions, contribution dates, and elections can be viewed. There is also flex benefits and spending cards, which show employees how they can manage their resources.
“Employers invest a significant amount in benefits, but that investment can only deliver its full value when employees can easily understand and use what’s available to them,” said Kelli Rico, Chief Product Officer at isolved. “Benefits Hub combines those resources in one place, simplifying the experience for employees while helping them get more value from the benefits they already have. That’s the foundation. The next step is a benefits experience that doesn’t wait to be asked, one that nudges you about available benefits before they go unused. And because it works alongside the brokers employers already trust, it strengthens that relationship instead of replacing it.”
isolved will be adding personalized notifications about unused flex-benefit dollars and preventive care. Premium features that may be included in future updates could include pharmacy integration, premium health guidance, and other point solutions integration. In the end, all of this will result in the development of a complete benefits command center.
