Metaview has acquired Reval to strengthen its AI coworker strategy and accelerate autonomous recruiting technology. The company operates an Agentic Recruiting Platform used by more than 5,000 companies.
Reval offers an AI-first strategy for recruitment. The founders of Reval, Seth Tilliss and Aditya Gupta, are going to join Metaview after the acquisition. This team will help develop Fillmore, the company’s autonomous AI coworker. Fillmore handles all recruiting activities, from finding candidates to conducting qualifying phone calls.
In contrast to conventional AI assistants, Fillmore is capable of handling all aspects of the recruitment process with minimal human assistance. It can recruit candidates, initiate personalized contacts with them, follow up, and schedule screening calls. More than 2,000 hiring managers have joined Fillmore’s waitlist since its June 2026 release.
“We’re at the point where AI is moving beyond helping people do their jobs faster to owning entire workflows, and recruiting is one of the domains we believe that shift can genuinely work,” said Shahriar Tajbakhsh, co-founder and CTO of Metaview. “This acquisition is about bringing exceptional builders onto the team. Seth and Aditya are exceptional operators who have spent years exploring the same problem from a different angle. They strengthen our conviction in where Fillmore is headed, and they’ll help us get there much faster.”
Metaview Expands AI Recruiting Capabilities
In this regard, the Reval acquisition will allow the company to strengthen its engineering capabilities. Fillmore will be offered to a larger customer base. Reval was started in 2023 and had recruited from a services angle. Instead of building software for recruiters, Reval built an AI-driven recruiting company. Using AI, it sourced, screened, and delivered candidates for the customers. It has served over 100 organizations and recruiting agencies.
“We chose to join Metaview to take our thesis to thousands of organizations and reinvent recruiting at scale,” said Seth Tilliss, co-founder and CEO of Reval. “Metaview already works with more than 5,000 companies, and thousands of teams are waiting for fillmore. Just as importantly, we get to build alongside an incredibly smart team that shares the same view of where recruiting is headed.”
The customer base comprised FabFitFun, Enver Studio, and LangChain. The company assisted its customers in streamlining the hiring process and reducing recruitment costs. On the other hand, the founders of Reval will add their experience to the company’s engineering team. In general, this acquisition will enhance the company’s AI recruiting automation.
