The National Association for Healthcare Quality has strengthened its leadership team with two executive appointments. The moves support its focus on advancing Healthcare Quality through innovation and workforce development.
Effective immediately, Jeff Allyn will assume the position of Chief Client Officer, Enterprise Solutions at NAHQ. Tanya DiIulio will become the Chief Operating Officer. The new appointments will ensure that NAHQ is well-positioned to continue expanding its footprint among healthcare organizations. This is in tandem with the organization’s increasing focus on workforce solutions and enterprise capabilities.
Allyn will head the Enterprise Solutions division, a recently created division within the organization. This division is dedicated to enterprise workforce solutions and better connections with healthcare facilities worldwide. It is involve in organizational strategies, enterprise solution development, and customer relationship activities. Communities of practice are among such activities designed to strengthen the organization’s ties with health systems.

NAHQ Expands Enterprise Leadership and Capabilities
Initially, Allyn started working for NAHQ as a consultant. In the past eight months, he has been helping to improve the Workforce Accelerator® program and enterprise growth strategy. Before that, Allyn has had an impressive track record of success in areas such as revenue growth, commercial strategy, & customer success.
DiIulio is slate for the post of senior operating executive at the organization. Will be responsible for executing the organization’s corporate strategy. She will also handle daily operations in the business. Additionally, she will help develop the infrastructure for Enterprise Solutions. The areas under her scope of responsibility include product strategy, technology, operations, workforce solutions, membership, and talent development. DiIulio joined the organization in 2025 as head of product strategy and operations. She subsequently took up additional responsibilities encompassing corporate strategy, innovation, IT, and talent development.
