Phenom and ServiceNow Launch AI Hiring Agents for Faster Talent Acquisition

Phenom Partners with ServiceNow to Introduce AI Hiring Agents

Phenom and ServiceNow have introduced AI Hiring Agents to transform talent acquisition. This move strengthens the adoption of AI-powered hiring agents across enterprise hiring workflows.  Also, the collaboration makes the process more efficient, effective, and faster.

Phenom has collaborated with ServiceNow to integrate the latter’s AI abilities into the AI Platform of ServiceNow. Therefore, the process of hiring can be handled in a consolidated platform. Traditionally, hiring processes have not been integrated into other enterprise processes. However, this collaboration bridges the gap.

“Our customers want AI in one place. This is a single conversational interface serving as the front door to productivity where all work becomes AI-assisted, whether it’s an IT request or an HR process like hiring,” said John Phillips, GVP of Employee Experience at ServiceNow. “Giving managers and teams access to Phenom’s agents brings the hiring intelligence and real-world context enterprises need to fill critical roles faster, with the governance required to scale. Together, we’re creating talent outcomes at the pace of AI.”

AI Integration Streamlines Recruitment and Compliance

With this integration, hiring managers can use AI-powered hiring agents to automate key recruitment steps. These include scheduling interviews, creating job descriptions, and candidate screening, among others. Moreover, the process of moving suitable candidates forward for interviews becomes quicker. However, compliance verification still remains within the confines of the ServiceNow environment.  Consequently, organizations achieve both speed and regulatory alignment.

“The companies that dominate hiring won’t be the ones with the most AI. They’ll be the ones whose AI understands the realities of their business and operates inside the workflow that runs everything else,” said Saumil Gandhi, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Phenom. “ServiceNow puts our agents directly into more of those workflows.”

The solution also leverages open standards like A2A and MCP. Consequently, there is no need for any customization to facilitate communication of context and coordination of tasks among AI agents. The proposed solution also ensures that governance is consistent at every step of the hiring process. At the same time, the integration makes sure that compliance is enforced throughout the hiring process. Phenom will roll out this feature via the ServiceNow Store this summer. In addition, more innovations are planned by Phenom over the next few months. As a result, enterprises can expect continuous innovation in AI-powered hiring agents and recruitment automation.
