Prime Staffing Appoints Tad May as AI Chief

Prime Staffing

Prime Staffing AI has made an appointment of Tad May to serve as Chief of AI, emphasizing its commitment to artificial intelligence. Mr. May will provide guidance for the recruitment company while taking the lead in the responsible introduction of AI technology. He will also manage the machine learning and new automation technologies that have emerged in the sphere of recruiting. The responsibilities of Mr. May now involve combining recruitment expertise with innovation in technology.

He has vast experience in healthcare recruiting, team and recruitment management. In his position as the Senior Recruitment Director, he will keep working on the development of recruiters and candidates. In his role as Chief of AI Integration, May will be working with Prime Staffing’s leadership team, recruitment, and technology teams. This project will be all about enhancing efficiency and better matching and engaging candidates. This will make things easier for the recruiters as they will be able to spend more time building relationships with healthcare professionals.

“Tad understands both sides of where our industry is headed: the importance of experienced recruiters who know how to build relationships and the opportunity technology gives us to make those recruiters more effective,” said Michael Fazio, President of Prime Staffing. “His leadership experience and willingness to embrace innovation make him uniquely suited for this expanded role. We are excited to have him helping lead the next stage of Prime’s growth. My primary focus over the next 12 months is to incorporate AI into all verticals for our businesses.”

Prime Staffing Advances AI Integration

Prime Staffing is still putting money into technology and infrastructure as the healthcare recruitment industry changes. As such, May’s hiring is consistent with the technology strategy of the company. The AI initiative at Prime Staffing will be one that embraces new technologies but retains human discretion.

“AI is going to fundamentally change how staffing companies recruit, communicate, analyze information and operate,” said Jordan Belkin, Executive Vice President of Operations at Prime Staffing. “We do not see that as replacing recruiters. We see it as giving talented recruiters dramatically better tools. Tad has the healthcare staffing experience to understand what works in the real world, and he will play an important role in making sure Prime is at the forefront of that transformation.”

Going forward, May will collaborate very closely with the Prime Staffing executive team. His role will be that of evaluating new technologies and developing processes for the recruitment platform at Prime Staffing. This is in line with the aim of the company to create a scalable organization with the use of technology. While doing so, the company will continue offering personal services to healthcare professionals and clients. To sum up, the Prime Staffing AI initiative is consistent with the philosophy of Prime Staffing.
