Recruiter.com has completed its acquisition of Feenyx to strengthen skills-based hiring for employers and recruiters.
This partnership provides recruiting solutions that include AI technology in the recruitment process at Recruiter.com, which already has a talent acquisition platform. This solution enables companies to assess the capabilities of the applicants. Before this partnership, many hiring departments focused only on resumes and interviews. However, Feenyx allows for a more organized approach to applicant assessment.
Feenyx offers skills assessment along with asynchronous and real-time interviews. Additionally, the Feenyx platform includes AI assessment, candidate verification, and authenticity. In other words, recruiters will be able to get a better understanding of candidate performance. Hence, employers will have more structure in the way of evaluating candidates.

Feenyx Adds AI-Powered Candidate Assessment Tools
Additionally, he pointed out that the acquisition makes Recruiter.com’s product stronger throughout the entire recruitment process, from discovery to assessment and hiring.
Feenyx has provided over 600,000 hours of assessments for candidates till date. The software is used by organizations to assess the technical and professional skills of candidates. Besides that, the software is capable of detecting suspicious activities and even any instances of fraud.
Feenyx has received a funding of $25.3 million. This acquisition brings together its technology and that of Recruiter.com’s network of recruiters and talent offerings. Recruiters now have more information to evaluate prospective employees. Employers now get an easy way to search for, evaluate, and hire talented people.

Paap said joining Recruiter.com will expand access to Feenyx’s technology. The platform will reach more recruiters, employers, and candidates through the combination.
Feenyx will function under the name Feenyx, a Recruiter.com Company within Recruiter.com’s recruiting technology and services division. In addition to this, the abilities of Feenyx will be integrated into Recruiter.com’s product line. Customers of Feenyx will get uninterrupted service from now on. This acquisition has already been concluded. Until July 2026, Mainstreet Holding Company has made deals worth $4.3 billion. This acquisition is an enhancement of skills-based hiring since it offers more instruments for assessing candidates’ abilities to employers.
