Human Resources

Financial technology platform Sunbit recently announced a major addition to its executive leadership team. The company appointed industry veteran Britt Provost as its new Senior Vice President. She takes over the vital role of SVP of Human Resources, effective immediately.

In the new role, Provost will have full responsibility for Sunbit’s global people strategy. She will also oversee talent development, leadership programs and overall organizational effectiveness. Her main focus is on attracting and retaining top talent as the fintech firm continues its global expansion.

Tech for Scaling and Transformational Growth

Provost comes to the position with more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience at the company. She is particularly adept at helping high-growth technology companies navigate substantial organizational changes. She has had an impressive career, handling complicated initial public offering (IPO) transitions, overseas expansions, and corporate mergers.

Prior to that, Provost was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Siteimprove. Additionally, she has held executive leadership positions with established companies like Accolade, Apptio, and Avanade. While she was there, she took both Apptio and Accolade public. Consequently, she excels at aligning corporate culture with rapid business performance.

“Sunbit’s success has always been driven by our people,” said Arad Levertov, CEO and co-founder of Sunbit. “Britt brings an exceptional combination of strategic leadership and hands-on experience helping organizations navigate significant growth. Her expertise building strong teams, developing leaders and creating high-performing organizations will be invaluable as we continue to scale.”

It’s a big hire for Sunbit at this critical juncture. The company is expanding its merchant infrastructure in a handful of industries. Sunbit now serves millions of consumers at thousands of locations. These include dental practices, automotive shops, healthcare facilities, and retail stores.

“I’m excited to join Sunbit at such an important stage in the company’s journey,” said Provost. “The company has built a strong culture and an innovative business while demonstrating a clear commitment to helping people access the products and services they need. I look forward to partnering with teams across the organization to support Sunbit’s continued growth and help create an environment where employees can thrive, grow and do their best work.”
