Thredd has expanded its employee benefits platform partnership with ID DISTRIBUTION to support the next phase of growth. The partnership is now moving into the realms of managing expenses and European expansion.
Previously, Thredd supported ID DISTRIBUTION’s consumer programs in France since 2020. But under the revised contract, it now holds a much greater significance in other payment applications. And it continues to rely on Vaziva for the provision of its prepaid Mastercard service.
“IDD has built a strong position in France with its flagship program Vaziva by helping employers modernise how they deliver benefits, rewards and purchasing power to their teams,” said Kevin Fox, Chief Revenue Officer at Thredd. “As IDD enters its next chapter, we are proud to expand our work together and support its growth with the processing infrastructure, risk monitoring and payments expertise needed to scale across new use cases and markets.”
Driving Digital Benefits and Expense Management Innovation
Furthermore, the technology platform allows organizations to distribute their benefits digitally via one card. These categories include meals, gifts, travel, and entertainment. Hence, companies will benefit from increased flexibility in the management of the benefits they are distributing.
“From the start, our mission has been to streamline and optimize the transaction and wallet management for employee benefits programs, more flexible and more valuable for companies and their teams,” said ID DISTRIBUTION COO Henri Riou. “Thredd has been a trusted partner as we have grown our card program in France, and we are pleased to extend that collaboration as we expand into new markets and launch new corporate payment solutions.”
Also, ID DISTRIBUTION plans to introduce a corporate expenses solution in 2026. Such a development comes in response to the growing need for digital payment solutions. Therefore, the expanded partnership aligns with evolving enterprise needs.
Under the new deal, Thredd is expected to support operations until 2030. It will help the company with entering the Spanish market and new product development. In addition to that, fraud detection and 3DS security will be provided. Finally, the Thredd company is becoming stronger within the employee benefits platform ecosystem.
