UKG will exhibit its AI-first Workforce Operating Platform for HR, payroll, and workforce management. UKG will make the frontline workforce operations the focal point of its booth. The discussions will deal with issues around people, places, and shifts. They will also highlight how to handle workforce complexity in real time.

The front line represents many opportunities for CHROs and HR professionals to enhance their business operations. As such, UKG will showcase the power of workforce intelligence in implementing these insights. UKG will also present ways of reacting to changes in the workforce and ways of supporting employees while performing work-related activities.

UKG Brings Workforce Intelligence to HR Tech 2026

Gretchen Alarcon, UKG’s SVP and General Manager of HCM and Pay, will speak at the event. She was also named a 2026 Top 100 HR Tech Influencer.

Alarcon will speak at a keynote on thought leadership on Tuesday, October 20. The event will take place between 9:10 and 9:30 a.m. in Oceanside B Ballroom. She will give a keynote speech regarding the changing mandate of the CHRO. She will highlight the need for tying people decisions to business results.

At the same time, Matthew Bragstad, Vice President of AI Go-to-Market, will head the roundtable. The discussion will take place from 10:30 am to 11:10 am in Oceanside G Ballroom. John Schneider, Vice President of Portfolio Marketing, will conduct another discussion on the same day. His discussion will be from 2:50 pm to 3:30 pm.

The two presentations will focus on workforce issues that affect the HR leader and members of the C-suite. They will also consider what is expected from the next generation of HCM solutions. Finally, there will be a Demo Theater presentation by UKG on Thursday, October 22.

This demonstration will be able to showcase how AI assistants can help with hiring, enabling employees, and compensation. All of which will be able to provide clear operational value.
