The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has signed a multi-year agreement with UKG, declaring it as the official HR management, payroll, and workforce technology partner of the organization.
As a world leader in people and workforce solutions, UKG serves more than 80,000 businesses across the globe through its AI-enabled platforms. Under this association, the LPGA will deploy the UKG Ready® suite to manage almost 200 employees in 29 states. This single platform will drive operational effectiveness, automate payroll and compliance, and offer real-time workforce insights to inform more effective business decisions.
Liz Moore, Interim Commissioner of the LPGA, emphasized the alignment between both organizations:
“UKG is not only the global leader in workforce technology, but also a strong supporter of women in sports. Their commitment to empowering people through innovation makes them the perfect partner as we continue growing our brand and supporting our staff.”
The UKG Ready® platform will serve as a single hub for managing the LPGA’s workforce lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to payroll, performance management, and compliance. The integration of UKG Bryte™ AI will further amplify productivity through real-time, personalized insights and conversational analytics. The LPGA will also have access to the UKG Great Place To Work® Hub, which will allow leadership to benchmark employee sentiment and continually refine workplace culture.
As Rachel Barger, President of Go-to-Market at UKG, said:
“The LPGA has embodied empowerment, inclusion, and excellence for decades values that we hold very dear at UKG. We’re thrilled to provide impactful HR management solutions that enable the LPGA to do what they do best: inspire future generations on and off the course.”
Aside from integrating technology, the collaboration is also set to enhance internal processes, enhance brand awareness, and foster an inclusive culture in the company and the overall sports sector.
Samantha Simmons, LPGA’s Chief People and Internal Operations Officer, added:
This partnership is a significant milestone in the modernization of our HR infrastructure. With UKG, we are providing our organization with leading-edge tools to take care of our people who are at the center of everything we do.
UKG’s successful track record of serving sophisticated sports organizations was the determining factor in the LPGA’s decision. The platform provides for smooth operations while maintaining a focus on improving support to athletes, management of tournaments, and global fan engagement.
