Postmedia Network Canada Corp has officially appointed Wendy Kelley as the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Her appointment will come into effect on March 2, 2026. Wendy had earlier served as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary before assuming the position. Wendy has over 25 years of senior legal and executive leadership experience with public companies and regulated sectors. Her previous appointments include Interim CEO of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Kruger Products and Biovail, and senior legal and risk leadership positions with BMO Financial Group.
