OneSource Virtual payroll and tax services are now available through Workday’s sales channel. The access follows a recently signed reseller agreement between the companies.
The offering is currently available for new customers of Workday Payroll in the U.S. It is designed to assist organizations that employ 3,500 or fewer individuals, regardless of industry. OneSource Virtual has been serving the Workday community since 2008. The company has patented in-tenant technology for delivering its services.
This strategy ensures that Workday remains at the core of the payroll process. It also ensures that integration of Workday is coupled with the extensive knowledge of payroll and taxes held by OneSource Virtual. This is possible because the organization currently handles over 6.5 million payments per month.
“This agreement is a natural next step for two partners that have always been laser-focused on delivering the best customer experience,” said Brian Levey, Chief Sales Officer for OneSource Virtual. “It meets customers exactly where they already are, in a channel they already trust.”
The partnership focuses on medium enterprise organizations with fewer than 3,500 employees. These customers can now access managed payroll and tax services through Workday’s direct sales channel.
Furthermore, Workday’s unified HR and financial platform works alongside OSV’s payments expertise. The combined offering supports payroll and tax administration within the Workday ecosystem.
“We’re always looking for ways to extend the value our medium enterprise customers, those under 3,500 employees, get from their Workday investment,” said Darren Koch, General Manager for Workday GO. “By combining Workday’s powerful, unified HR and financial foundation with OSV’s payments expertise in managed payroll and tax services, we empower even the most complex organizations to streamline their operations, reduce administrative complexity, and scale with confidence.”
The new agreement expands the existing relationship between OneSource Virtual and Workday. It also gives eligible U.S. organizations another way to manage payroll services through Workday.
