Prolink has promoted Laura Ferry to President of Continuum, its crisis staffing division, as demand for Workforce Continuity Solutions continues to increase across the healthcare sector. The appointment highlights Ferry’s role in expanding one of the company’s fastest-growing business segments while strengthening support or healthcare organizations nationwide.
Continuum serves as Prolink’s rapid-response healthcare staffing brand. The division helps hospitals maintain continuity of care during operational disruptions. Moreover, it provides fast workforce deployment services that support healthcare systems during critical situations.
The division oversees credentialing, compliance, travel logistics, workforce coordination, and onsite support. As a result, healthcare organizations can continue operations with minimal disruption.
“Laura’s leadership has had a tremendous impact on Continuum’s growth and the way we support healthcare organizations during critical moments,” said Tony Munafo, President and CEO of Prolink. “She brings a unique combination of operational expertise, urgency, and calm leadership to every situation, and she has built an exceptional team around her. I’m confident Laura will continue to build on that momentum as she leads Continuum into its next chapter.”
Over the last 16 months, Ferry has led a major growth initiative for the organization. Consequently, Continuum expanded into a nine-figure business. The division generated more than $100 million in 2025 and added another $110 million during the first two months of 2026. Additionally, the team strengthened operational infrastructure, introduced scalable processes, and increased a key account by 250% year over year.
“I’m incredibly proud of what our Continuum team has built over the past year and grateful for the opportunity to continue leading this important work,” Ferry said. “Healthcare organizations are navigating increasingly complex workforce challenges, and our focus remains on delivering responsive, scalable solutions that support continuity of care during critical moments.”
