Docebo has expanded its Workforce Readiness Platform with the launch of Docebo Knowledge and Docebo Agents. The new capabilities connect employee learning, skills intelligence, and organizational knowledge through one AI-powered platform. Consequently, organizations can prepare employees, customers, and partners as workplace requirements evolve.
The launch follows the vision Docebo introduced at its Inspire conference earlier this year. It brings learning resources, workforce skills, and business knowledge together. Additionally, AI agents use this information to support tasks across connected enterprise systems. This approach helps businesses build and measure workforce readiness continuously.
Docebo Knowledge Connects Enterprise Information
The Docebo Knowledge offers a trusted layer of knowledge that is associated with organizational learning. Users can search for their training content and any other information from any enterprise-approved sources. Such sources include SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, and Slack. In addition, users get the answer, procedure, video, and link to the source at once. They can navigate straight from the information to related courses, certifications, and processes. What is more, the Workforce Readiness Platform takes into account source permissions.
Docebo Agents Automate Learning Workflows
The Docebo Agents rely on the skills of the employees, learning history, and company knowledge that is reliable. The automation of multi-step processes takes place across the Docebo platform and other enterprise systems. What is more, organizations have the option to choose from pre-made agents or make their own agents without any programming.
There are four agents at launch:
Authoring Agent
creates structured interactive courses out of the uploaded and connected content;
Tutor Agent
answers learners’ questions based on course content and company knowledge;
Reinforcement Agent
provides personalized practice sessions for the courses;
Marketplace Agent
helps to compare third-party learning materials and import needed courses. More pre-built agents are going to be provided in the following months.
“Every organization is about to run two workforces: its people and the agents working alongside them,” said Alessio Artuffo, President & Chief Executive Officer of Docebo. “Both need the same things to perform well: trusted knowledge and an accurate picture of skills. That’s the foundation Docebo is now built on. Agents run through the platform, taking on the manual work that has held learning teams back for years. Every employee gets development shaped around their own skills and goals. Less time on administration. Less budget spent on work that doesn’t move the business. More capability where it counts.”
Early Customers Report Productivity Gains
More than 50 customers tested Docebo Agents before launch. An international electronics distributor saved administrators approximately five hours monthly through the Marketplace Agent. Meanwhile, a global restaurant operator saved managers around 10 monthly hours on training follow-ups. Its tutor agent also resolved 25% of frontline training questions without administrator support.
Enterprise Controls and Connected Learning
Agent management, actions, and approvals can all be done by administrators within Docebo. The actions will be done according to current permissions and will leave an audit trail. Credit usage and associated cost control is also available to the administrator.
In conclusion, Docebo can make connections via Model Context Protocol (MCP). Employees can utilize the learning capabilities of Docebo through Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude without having to open Docebo.
All these advances will see Docebo continuing with the advancement of their Workforce Readiness Platform. Launching will bring about the connection of learning, skills, and enterprise knowledge.
