Consequently, Saenz has joined the company’s new Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. At the same time, the company has officially announced the resignation of Yvonne Hao from the Board. Saenz, the new appointee, currently works as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Albertsons Companies. This means she oversees large-scale marketing and commerce. Before joining Albertsons, Saenz worked at PepsiCo in many executive positions for over fifteen years. To be precise, she was the company’s Global Chief Marketing Officer. This implies her expertise in developing a trusted brand will help the company grow even further.
