ZipRecruiter has officially launched a brand-new AI feature called Smart Outreach. This new capability integrates directly into the platform’s Resume Database tool. It uses advanced artificial intelligence to transform any standard job description into a personalized message series. Consequently, hiring managers can instantly start conversations with top talent with a single click.
Data shows that more than 80% of job seekers express higher interest when employers reach out proactively. This automated system directly targets that dynamic. The platform connects hiring teams with a massive pool of more than 50 million job seekers. Furthermore, the tool automatically sends up to three messages over time until the candidate replies. This eliminates manual email writing and repetitive follow-up tasks.
