The ZoomInfo Talent Autopilot provides state-of-the-art recruiting technology for talent acquisition professionals who need high-quality candidates that go beyond standard search methods.
The ZoomInfo Go-to-Market Intelligence Platform has introduced the new recruiting technology called Talent Autopilot. This technology is a combination of ZoomInfo’s professional and company intelligence with autonomous reasoning and action. While previous approaches have been focused on job titles, keywords, and filters, Talent Autopilot receives complete information about the role.
For that reason, recruiters are able to uncover those applicants who have qualifications that might be overlooked at first glance. This event is seen as an important step taken by the ZoomInfo Talent Solutions team in recruiting technology. Additionally, the company is introducing some of its new features to the talent acquisition sector.
“Recruiting teams do not need another tool that simply gives them more candidates to sort through,” said Jon Bischke, General Manager, ZoomInfo Talent Solutions. “They need technology that understands what they are trying to accomplish and has the intelligence to act on it. Talent Autopilot combines the depth of ZoomInfo’s data with a new way of working, helping recruiters find the right people faster while keeping them in control.”
ZoomInfo Talent Autopilot Supports Recruiting Workflows
Talent Autopilot by ZoomInfo assists in the recruiting process, starting from discovering candidates to their initial engagement. Recruiters can give information about job role requirements and hiring scenarios before looking at discovered candidates. They can also filter the search results by providing natural language feedback.
Further, recruiters can also manage the candidates as well as reach out to them using their Gmail or Outlook account connection. Moreover, the software can integrate with already existing applicant tracking software. But recruiters always have control of candidate selection as well as communication with them.
This release comes amid increasing focus on data quality in new recruiting technologies. A recent Aptitude Research study reveals that 90% of respondents need independently verified data.
In this case, however, 77% of respondents said that they would disfavor or even remove those who do not have clearly defined data sourcing and verification becomes more important in light of the increasing autonomy of recruiting technology. Technology may have access to information that can make some applicants more noticeable than others.
“The best candidate is not always the person with the perfect title, the expected background or the most obvious career path,” said Chad Herring, Chief Human Resources Officer at ZoomInfo. “Great hiring requires us to look beyond what is obvious and recognize potential others may overlook. Talent Autopilot gives recruiting teams a new way to discover talent, helping them find the right person, even when that person was not who they originally thought to search for.”
