LRN Appoints Patsy Doerr

LRN has appointed Patsy Doerr as the Chief People & Culture Officer. The appointment is geared towards strengthening the leadership structure with the addition of the people & culture role. The addition of this role at LRN will help the company align human capital with its business goals. Doerr assumed her position on February 2 and was welcomed to LRN’s executive leadership team. She currently oversees global people operations and culture. Furthermore, she also supports employees across the globe through inclusive and values-driven leadership.

Culture Recognized as a Business Priority

LRN is also enhancing its ethics and compliance offerings across the globe. This has led the company’s leadership to recognize culture as a business differentiator. The Chief People & Culture Officer role directly supports this long-term strategy by embedding values into daily operations.

“I am honored to join LRN at such a meaningful time for the company,” said Patsy Doerr. “Ethics and compliance begin with people, and a strong culture fuels performance,” she added.

Experienced Leadership Supporting Ethical Growth

Doerr brings more than two decades of global HR leadership experience. She has led people strategy, talent transformation, and organizational development across multiple industries.

Bob Lemmond, Chief Executive Officer of LRN, welcomed the appointment.

“Patsy’s leadership strengthens our commitment to principled performance. Her experience is right in line with the standards that we help our clients achieve daily.”

Moving the Values-Based Leadership Agenda Forward Globally

On the other hand, Doerr is very involved in the dialogue on ESG, DEI, and leadership development. She also regularly works with leaders globally on ethics and culture.

Ultimately, LRN hopes that this appointment will go on to make a difference in both clients and employees. The company hopes to continue to grow responsibly while still having its roots in purpose, performance, and values.
