Union Home Mortgage has hired a new Vice President to enhance its manufactured home lending. The hiring of the new Vice President will see the company improve its Construction-to-Permanent lending and manufactured housing offerings. The new Vice President will also assist Union Home Mortgage in growing its key lending markets. The company has hired George Dover as the leader of manufactured home lending and new construction. Dover has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a successful track record as a leader in the mortgage industry.
Construction-to-Permanent Financing Growth Emphasis
Dover will concentrate on the growth of the Construction-to-Permanent and manufactured home lending businesses. In addition, he will concentrate on the efficiency of fulfillment and the service quality to customers. Effective Leadership in Manufactured Housing Finance
Before his appointment at Union Home Mortgage, Dover co-founded Cascade Financial Services and served as President. At Cascade Financial Services, he was in charge of government and agency Construction-to-Permanent lending for manufactured housing. During his tenure, Cascade Financial Services became one of the leading government C2P MH lenders in the industry.
