Elizabeth Andora as Chief People Officer

DHI Group has named Elizabeth Andora as its new Chief People Officer. This is in line with the company’s focus on leadership talent and the employee experience. This is especially during a critical period for the company, which is tech-focused. Andora has over 20 years of experience in leading HR in the technology, aerospace, software, and consumer products industries. Her skills and experience include talent management, scaling the global workforce, organizational design, and compensation planning. Before her appointment at DHI Group, Andora was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Maxar Technologies. She was instrumental in creating a unified culture through significant mergers. She also worked at DigitalGlobe, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard.
